To meet our members’ requests for a location closer to the suburbs, we have decided to bring our innovative coworking concept into the underserved Arvada market. Conveniently located in the thriving Rainbow Ridge neighborhood in the heart of Arvada’s west side, Thrive West Arvada (5610 Ward Road, #300) offers 21,000 square feet of adaptable work spaces in a warm, welcoming and convenient location.
Now, you don’t have to live downtown to benefit from the convenience of a top-of-the-line coworking space. In addition to the office space, high-speed Wi-Fi and free coffee expected at coworking spaces, Thrive West Arvada also offers the community a number of resources and amenities designed for every individual member to flourish.

With more than 50 private offices and a number of private phone booths, Thrive’s third location also offers a serene escape from the bustling energy of our open spaces.
With a 1,400-square-foot training room that’s designed to accommodate a variety of events and is equipped with whiteboard walls and a projector as well as three conference rooms of varying sizes and a private rooftop deck, Thrive West Arvada is the go-to spot for your next occasion. From “lunch-and-learns” to corporate training sessions for the whole team, happy hours for networking and so much more, our new venue is equipped with the versatility to meet the needs of teams large and small.
Because Thrive West Arvada is located in a suburban market, you don’t have to struggle to find parking. The location has an expansive parking lot offering a myriad of free places to park. Better yet, Thrive West Arvada is ideally situated just blocks from RTD’s new G line and I-70, directly connecting the workspace to the hustle and bustle of downtown Denver.

The workspace is the result of a partnership between Thrive and 56th & Ward Road, LLLP that not only allows us to prepare for building ownership in the future, it also means we can begin to look at expanding to other underserved markets in the suburban Denver metro area.
Thrive West Arvada offers a number of amenity-rich memberships tailored to meet the various needs of community members, including desk, private office and conference room options. Membership packages range from $50-600/month. Preleasing has begun and tours are available by appointment.
