What to expect on a tour at Thrive:
Thrive Workplace offers four unique locations in Arvada, Ballpark, Centennial, and Cherry Creek. Each space has its own distinct personality, but no matter which location you visit, you can count on a consistently welcoming and informative tour experience. Here’s what you can expect when you step into any Thrive Workplace location:
Before Your Tour
Come prepared with an open mind. If you don’t have any idea what you are looking for: Great! If you know exactly what you are looking for: Also, Great! Come into this tour knowing that you will be guided on this informational journey – and we are always here to help you through every step of the way!
Consider bringing your laptop and other work tools to try out the space afterwards. Think ahead about what sort of budget you might be working within as well. (Keep in mind, this may be your company’s budget, or it may be your personal budget.) At Thrive we always want to work within your wants and needs to customize the perfect membership for you!
Finally, write any questions you may already have on a sticky note or in your notes app on your phone. Believe it or not, we will likely answer all of your questions on the tour. BUT, those questions you walked in with might get lost in your mind by the end of the tour, so we suggest you write them down beforehand.
First Impressions
Our wonderful staff members will be the first to greet you. Our Site Managers are your first point of contact for tours, questions, and setting up your membership. If you scheduled a tour online, they will be ready and prepared to show you around for the next 15-30 minutes. If you did not schedule a tour, we will collect a few of your details upfront and get ready to take you on your tour.
During Your Tour
During your tour we will guide you through our spaces including our common areas, meeting rooms, and available desks and offices. We will also show off our amenities, which include, but is not limited to, free coffee, kombucha and beer for all members! You’ll have to go on the tour to find out the rest. *wink*
Towards the end of the tour, we will begin to go over FAQ’s, parking options, and most importantly, pricing. Don’t worry if it is all too much to remember! We will send you home with a tour packet that reviews everything that we talked about on your tour for easy reference once you are home. But if you’d like to spend the rest of your day working at Thrive – we are always happy to have you stick around for a free day trial!
After Your Tour
After your tour our staff will always send you a follow-up email so you can easily get in contact with them for any lingering questions you may have. They will also provide the next steps on getting you signed up for your membership as soon as you give the go-ahead. If you aren’t quite ready to start – just let us know and we can happily reach out to you at a later date.
