Expanding with Intention
Growth was a defining theme this year, highlighted by the announcement of a new Thrive Workplace location opening in January 2026 in Castle Rock. This upcoming space represents our continued commitment to expanding thoughtfully while maintaining the quality, flexibility, and sense of belonging our members expect.
As we prepare to enter a new community, our focus remains on creating workspaces that support productivity while fostering connection and collaboration.
A New Chapter in Leadership
This year also marked an important transition as Maarten Warnarrs joined Thrive Workplace as CEO. With a strong background in leadership and a clear vision for the future of coworking, Maarten is guiding Thrive Workplace through its next phase of growth while keeping people and community at the center of every decision.
His leadership reinforces our long-term commitment to sustainable growth and member focused experiences.
Showing Up for Our Community
Community is not just something we talk about. It is something we actively build.
At our Ballpark location, we celebrated Opening Day for the Colorado Rockies, bringing members together to kick off the season in one of Denver’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Moments like these transform our spaces into places where relationships are built and shared experiences thrive.
Later in the year, our team proudly participated in the Colfax Marathon, coming together to support a major local event and represent Thrive Workplace beyond our walls.
Our Cherry Creek location proudly hosted the Colorado Dream Foundation for their Colorado Gives Day fundraiser drive. Bringing our community together to support a meaningful local cause was a powerful reminder of the impact we can make when we show up together.

Another major milestone was our merger with Creative Density. By bringing our communities together, we strengthened our coworking network and expanded the opportunities available to our members. This partnership reflects our belief that collaboration drives innovation and that stronger communities are built together.
