Here are some of the networking events and fun things to do around town we’re looking forward to over the next month.

Try Coding Saturday

Feb. 3, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Interested in learning to code but unsure where to start? This event is a one-day program from the Turing School that exposes attendees to the basics of computer programming. This specific event will focus on front-end engineering, covering HTML, CSS and JavaScript. By the end of the session, you’ll be able to build a game from scratch that runs in the browser.

Ultimate Super Bowl Party 2018

Feb. 4, 3:30 p.m.

Featuring more than 60 TVs, game sound, all-you-can-eat sliders, a chili bar, wings, hot dogs, pizza and pasta, plus all-you-can-drink Bud & Bud Light drafts and well drinks until a half hour after the game is over, Tavern Downtown is the best spot in town to watch the big game!

Bizwomen Mentoring Monday
Feb. 12, 7:30 – 9:30 a.m.


Meet your mentor! At Bizwomen Mentoring Monday, attendees will have the opportunity to choose from 45 mentors for intimate 10-minute coaching sessions. Mentors are seated at a table with four empty chairs, and at the beginning of each session, attendees will find a mentor, sit at their table and learn from some of the city’s best and brightest businesswomen.

Power Networking Lunch

Feb. 13, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Need somewhere outside the workplace to like-minded people and build genuine relationships? This event features one hour of casual business networking and a delicious catered meal. Head on over to Sunnyside Station (4047 Tejon St.) to mingle and enjoy a productive lunch hour!

FREE Internet Marketing Workshop

Feb. 14, 12:30 – 2:30 p.m.

The internet is a powerful tool to sell your products, tools and services. This free workshop will teach you how to build a successful business using online marketing strategies, how you can tap into new platforms to flood your business with sales and how to tie everything together and leave with a comprehensive plan to hit your online business goals in 2018.

Denver Restaurant Week

Feb. 23 – March 4, 2018

Who doesn’t like delicious dinner? During the 14th annual Denver Restaurant Week, hundreds of Denver’s top restaurants offer multi-course dinners at three tasty price points ($25, $35 and $45). The 10-day-long event features more than 200 restaurants. From Mexican cuisine to chophouses, tapas, Asian-inspired dishes, Indian food, seafood, breakfast and more, Denver Restaurant Week offers something for everyone to enjoy.
